Now, when doing this exercise to prevent premature ejaculation, you will need to flex the muscle 20 to 30 times a day. You will need to work your way up to 300. You don't have to do the full 300 in one session. Try to break it up over a few sessions.

Another one of the exercises to prevent premature ejaculation is the towel hanging method. This is a great technique to use. It will help you last a long time in bed, help you have harder erections, and will even make your penis bigger.

To do this exercise, massage your penis to a full erection. After it's fully erected, lay a light towel near the base of your penis. Now, flex your penis so that it 'bobs' up and down. This is one repetition. You will need to do this 25 times every other day.

If you are unable to do the full 25, don't worry. Just do as many as you can up to 25. Make sure you do this exercise for a couple of weeks.
